The commune provides extensive support in the investment process

  • it supplies information about the investment opportunities in the municipality,
  • assists the investor in all necessary administrative and legal procedures required during the project implementation,
  • offers quick access to comprehensive information on the economic and legal environment of the investment,
  • provides assistance in finding suitable locations, in line
    with the expectations of the investor, as well as partners and subcontractors,
  • offers post-investment services for companies, and also supports companies that already operate in the municipality.

The municipality also cooperates with local business

The Czempiń municipality also conducts activities for the development of entrepreneurship. They focus, among others, on the systematic cooperation of our Municipality with entrepreneurs, business support institutions and
 business support institutions.

Employment support by the Poviat Job Centre

Assistance in the selection of candidates for work – The employer receives support in the selection of candidates in the recruitment process, which includes identifying the employer’s staffing needs and selecting the matching candidates.

Supported employment – Employers who intend to employ an unemployed person, registered in the Poviat Job Centre, may apply for financial support related to the employment of such an unemployed person.

Raising the competences and qualifications of employees and job candidates.

Government Grant of the Polish Investment & Trade Agency

Government grants are awarded on the basis of the Program for supporting investments of significant importance to the Polish economy for 2011-2030 (“Program”), as adopted by the Council of Ministers on 5 July 2011 (and amended on 25 March 2021).

Support is provided in the form of a grant on the basis of a agreement concluded between the minister responsible for economy and the investor. The agreement lays down conditions for the payment of the grant, which is paid proportionately to the degree of completion investor’s commitments.

The program provides for investment support in two areas:

  1. Support for the costs of creating new jobs (employment grant)
  2. Support for eligible costs of a new investment (investment grant)
